VRI offers instant access to professional video interpreters on your PC, tablet, or smartphone. Accurate Language’s user-friendly, state-of-the-art platform provides on-demand support for the top fifteen (15) most common languages including American Sign Language (ASL). Additional VRI languages are available for pre-scheduled appointments.
Why Video Remote Interpreting?
Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) is the logical evolution from telephonic or Over-The-Phone (OPI) interpreting and can help our clients engage more personally in their interpreting sessions. Non-verbal communication (including body language and facial expression) further facilitates empathy and clarity of understanding.
When an on-site face-to-face interpreting appointment is not feasible or practical, VRI technology is the ideal format for professional real-time language access. Clients will be connected via high-definition broadcast-quality video in their interpreting sessions and supported by professionally certified, US-based, VRI trained, and qualified interpreters at low per-minute rates.

It’s an Interpretation Scheduling System and also an On-Demand Phone and Video Interpreting Portal. Conveniently accessible from your computer, tablet, or smartphone, the platform provides a seamless connection between our clients and Accurate Language Services’ staff and interpreters.
Additionally, the platform has a robust back end that allows clients to easily track and manage all call quality (QOS) metrics, call length times, interpreter ratings, rates, and run detailed call reports to ensure performance, quality, and continuity.
